Repairs Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Trade Supervisor to join a growing maintenance contractor based in Basingstoke on a Temp–Perm basis. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 plus excellent benefits, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the repairs workstream and maintenance operations across a variety of properties, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
• Lead and manage a team of operatives, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Liaise with tenants to resolve complaints while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
• Work collaboratively with subcontractors and senior management to meet and exceed contractual requirements.

• Proven experience as a Repairs or Trades/Maintenance Supervisor, ideally within social housing.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
• Trade background with relevant industry qualifications.
