Build and nurture strong relationships with new, existing, and potential clients.
- Develop networks and drive sales for premium real estate projects.
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and pitch high-end properties.
- Coordinate and follow up on client site visits.
- Provide in-depth briefings on project details and offerings.
- Ensure compliance with internal company policies and standards.
- Maintain professional conduct in all client and internal communications.
- Update Zoho CRM and submit daily reports on interactions and activities.
- Go the extra mile to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as a property consultant—understanding and meeting the unique needs of luxury buyers.
- Report successful sales and handover details to relevant teams.
- Manage performance KPIs as set by the management.
