Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Fortek Pvt Ltd. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating sales-related activities, managing client communications, and ensuring efficient workflow between sales and other departments.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by ensuring smooth coordination, timely updates, and efficient management of sales operations.

1. Sales Coordination & CRM Management

  • Follow up with the Sales team to ensure timely and accurate updates in the CRM system.
  • Monitor pipeline data and ensure records are complete.
  • Maintain a central repository of all sales-related documents.

2. Meetings & Reporting

  • Organize and conduct weekly sales meetings.
  • Prepare and circulate meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Track, review, and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Prepare performance dashboards, forecasts, and analytical reports.

3. Bid & Proposal Management

  • Assist the Sales team in managing bids and addressing bid complications.
  • Maintain centralized record-keeping of all bids.
  • Prepare bids in line with RFP requirements and submit financial proposals.
  • Coordinate with Technical teams for timely technical proposals.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate communication between Sales, Technical, Operations, and Management.
  • Support documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Track pending actions and ensure timely completion.

5. Process Improvement & Support

  • Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirement

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT, Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Graduate candidates may also apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Honest, obedient, and hardworking attitude.
  • Prior exposure to bid/proposal management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Required Experience

1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or Business Support (preferably in IT, Technology, or Service industry).
