• Handle outbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Requirements:

• Call Center experience (Preferred).
• Excellent English communication and customer dealing skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries with confidence and professionalism.
• Confident, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Basic computer skills.
