Sales Manager - Construction Chemicals

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Build and manage relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and distributors.
• Develop and train a strong sales team.
• Identify and grow new business opportunities across Pakistan.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for seamless project execution.

• 5+ years proven sales experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing, or building materials.
• Strong industry connections and client network.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership qualities and ability to drive results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field (preferred).
