Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain close coordination with commercial, warehouse, and suppliers for stock and delivery follow-ups.
• Ensure stock holding remains within approved budget limits.
• Maintain maximum stock availability and service level (fill rate).
• Monitor store shrinkage, particularly in Fresh Food categories, and keep it within budgeted provisions.
• Manage and organize receiving and storage of goods to ensure space availability for incoming stock.
• Ensure only approved quality and correct quantity of goods are accepted.
• Receive physical merchandise in designated areas and verify actual received quantities.
• Move goods accurately from GR area to sales floor.

Requirements

• BBA / MBA in Supply Chain from a reputable university.
• Prior experience working in a retail organization.
• 3–4 years of experience in Inventory Management, Inventory Control, or Inventory Audit.
• Strong coordination, planning, and stock control skills.
• Good understanding of retail inventory systems and shrinkage control.
