SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

DigiCareHouse, a fast-growing digital solutions company, is seeking a talented Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and lead business development initiatives. Strategic Sales Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and successfully close new business opportunities with global clients
• Manage comprehensive bidding and project acquisition on platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, Bark, and Guru
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships for sustained business growth
• Lead high-level client meetings, presentations, and complex negotiations
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for client requirements
• Mentor and guide junior sales executives to enhance team performance
• Develop strategic sales plans and achieve ambitious revenue targets

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in international sales and business development
• Hands-on expertise with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership qualities with proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with web platforms including WordPress, Shopify, MERN stack, and Core PHP
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and OpenAI
• Ability to work evening shift hours (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM)
