Site Engineer (Civil)

Precise Interior & Construction is looking for a very energetic and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our high-rise buildings projects in Lahore. The role involves supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are executed to drawings and specifications, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate site records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities.
• Apply knowledge in the construction of high-rise buildings.
• Operate and handle survey instruments and perform site layout for the building.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress.
• Ensure high-quality execution as per drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and supervise steel fixing as per drawings.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project management.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain site documentation and material records.

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil.
• 6–7 years proven experience in grey-structure construction, especially high-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, finishing materials, and site execution.
• Ability to read and execute architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
