Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist – Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle Talent Acquisition including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage HR operations including employee relations, performance reviews, and compliance.
  • Represent the company confidently when dealing with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s growth goals.
  • Coordinate between 4 office locations to oversee HR and recruitment matters.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and ensure smooth policy implementation.


Requirement

  • Female candidates only (due to the nature of the role).
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and HR management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, bold, and open-minded personality to represent the company in US & UK business environments.
  • Ability to work in UK & US business hours (evening/night).
  • Must be based in Bahria Town Karachi or willing to commute.
  • Flexibility to travel between multiple offices for HR-related responsibilities.
