  • Leading the assigned team.
  • Achieve assigned Target.
  • Daily Meetings with the team.
  • Regularly, monitor staff performance, including performance reviews.
  • Compliance Monitoring.
  • To maintain the Calling Ratio/Productivity on daily basis.
  • Ensure the Courtesy & Accuracy Level in the call as per the Quality Standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments and branches for the smooth delivery and process.
  • Ensure to script must be followed.
  • Provide the trainings when required.
  • Random Calls checks.
  • Personal/Professional Grooming for the staff.
  • To guide the low performers for maintaining their Good Avg Productivity.
