Job Description

Broadstone Technologies is looking for a creative and motivated person for the position of Technical Recruiter. If you are a self-starter who is ready to explore new opportunities, we would like to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (sourcing, screening, and interviewing).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to define role requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including ROZEE.PK, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate technical interviews with the technical team.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment (preferably in a software house or IT environment).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles such as Front-end, Back-end, Mobile Developers, DevOps, ML, QA Engineers, Social Media Marketer, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple positions simultaneously.
