Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Post job openings on various platforms and job boards.
  • Source and filter resumes based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews for shortlisted applicants.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Assist with candidate onboarding and related HR processes.
  • Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future positions.
  • Learn to work with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Requirement

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an IT-related field.
  • Up to 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong English communication skills (Intermediate/Near-native level).
  • Basic knowledge of the HR life cycle.
  • Eagerness to learn recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
