Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate should have a complete understanding of how Upwork works, including insights, profile optimization, and client handling.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Upwork bidding.
  • Knowledge and experience with additional channels such as emails, LinkedIn, and data scraping is a plus.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Ensure consistent communication with existing clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline, analyze market trends, and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track performance metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in the sales industry.
  • Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
  • Proven record of sales success.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
