Job Overview

ibex. is looking for a Customer Success Specialist - Voice Program within the Operations department who shall assist our U.S.-based client’s customers with their queries/concerns and provide accurate resolutions via call. We are seeking talented individuals with excellent communication skills for a full-time role in the customer experience industry, where schedules will vary. Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with performance objectives and client values.
  • Assist customers with items purchased through the e-commerce website.
  • Demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and care in every interaction.
  • Provide alternatives to unavailable products/items on the website.
  • Follow defined processes and procedures for resolutions.
  • Stay updated with system information, process changes, and future updates.
  • Overcome objections and handle customer pushbacks effectively.
