Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions through company products/services.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and account reports.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales/revenue targets.
  • Handle client issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
