Job Description

Islamabad Marriott Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Food & Beverage to join our distinguished 5-star hospitality team. This role is perfect for passionate professionals who possess the talent, commitment, and drive to excel in a luxury hotel environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets within the hotel
  • Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained consistently across all dining venues
  • Manage daily operations including restaurant, banquet, room service, and bar facilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs effectively
  • Lead, train, and mentor F&B staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen teams and executive chef on menu planning and quality control
  • Prepare operational reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management review

Requirement

  • Proven experience as Food & Beverage Manager in upscale or 5-star hotel properties
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and industry best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
