BiTech Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced App Publishers to handle the publication and management of mobile applications across various platforms. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of app store publishing procedures and optimization techniques.

Primary Functions

• Manage complete app publishing lifecycle across Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Prepare and submit applications ensuring adherence to platform-specific guidelines
• Create compelling app listings with optimized descriptions, keywords, and visuals
• Coordinate app updates, new releases, and version management across platforms
• Monitor app performance metrics, download statistics, and user engagement data
• Respond to app store reviews and manage user feedback effectively
• Resolve submission rejections and technical issues during the publishing process
• Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to increase organic downloads
• Conduct A/B testing for app store listings to improve conversion rates
• Maintain documentation of publishing procedures and best practices
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and feature placements
• Stay informed about platform policy changes and update strategies accordingly

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in mobile app publishing
• Comprehensive knowledge of Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect
• Expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO) and metadata optimization
• Understanding of app submission processes, certificates, and signing procedures
• Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration
