Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is hiring an Assistant Manager – Digital Programs for its Lahore office. PSDF is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan and works to empower individuals through training, employability, and professional development.

The role involves managing digital programs, supporting execution and design processes, and ensuring smooth delivery of assigned projects. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain program documentation, track progress, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within PSDF.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Economics, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or an equivalent field.
  • MBA or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in Program or Project Management, Program Execution, Digital Program Management, or Program Design.
  • Experience in a relevant or similar field.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured, policy-driven environment.
  • On-site availability in Lahore.
