• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of professional experience
• Strong business acumen with analytical mindset
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Solid understanding of Business Intelligence tools and concepts
• Passionate about learning and professional development
• Strong numerical and statistical analysis skills
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
