What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Trainer with deep expertise in Python programming, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering to conduct hands-on, onsite training sessions at our Karachi office. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of core data science concepts, practical experience in building and deploying AI models, and a clear understanding of LLM-based prompt design. This is a contract-based, weekend-only role, ideal for professionals passionate about teaching, mentoring, and contributing to the next generation of AI practitioners.

Job Title: Data Science Trainer (Python, Generative AI & Prompt Engineering)

Location: Onsite / Karachi, Pakistan

Job Type: Contract

Timing: Weekends Only (Flexible Hours)

Experience: 3+ Years in Data Science with Python and Generative AI

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive onsite training sessions focused on Python for Data Science, Generative AI models, and Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Design and develop course materials, coding exercises, and real-world case studies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Teach foundational and advanced topics in Python, machine learning, and AI, including prompt design for LLMs like ChatGPT.
• Demonstrate practical applications of generative models (e.g., GPT, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Guide participants through projects and model deployment workflows.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI/ML, LLMs, and Python libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs).

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Strong experience with Generative AI tools, including language and image generation models.
• Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering and best practices for using LLMs effectively.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience working with APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior experience in teaching, workshops, or corporate training is a strong advantage.

Educational Background & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and AI projects.
• Demonstrated experience in training, teaching, or mentoring in academic or industry settings.
