Deputy Manager – Dyeing

Masood Textile Mills Limited is hiring a Deputy Manager Dyeing for its knitwear operations in Faisalabad. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for knitwear dyeing processes, including recipe control, shade management, machine performance, and coordination with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with laboratory, quality, knitting, and finishing teams to ensure smooth production flow and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize dyeing operations for knitwear fabrics.
• Control dyeing recipes, shade matching, and chemical handling.
• Operate and supervise high-pressure dyeing machines such as TEXLINK, BRAZOLI, FONG’S, SCLAVOS, THIES, and similar systems.
• Plan production, control costs, and improve process efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process deviations, machine issues, and quality concerns.
• Oversee lab-to-bulk recipe transfer and shade approval processes.
• Ensure color fastness standards and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with Lab, QA, Knitting, and Finishing teams.
• Lead dyeing teams and ensure safety, compliance, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in knitwear dyeing operations.
• Strong understanding of dyeing processes, chemicals, and machine operations.
• Hands-on experience with automated and high-pressure dyeing systems.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage production under tight deadlines.
