Job Description

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the travel agency.
Lead, motivate, and train staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Develop travel packages, promotions, and marketing strategies to increase business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners.
Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
Ensure compliance with travel regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the branch.
Implement new technologies and reservation systems to improve efficiency.
Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
