Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage comprehensive IT infrastructure and system operations
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
• Coordinate technology projects and drive digital innovation initiatives
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Monitor system performance and optimize operational efficiency
• Manage network administration and ensure reliable connectivity
• Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in IT management and system administration
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and cybersecurity practices
• Proficiency in various operating systems and enterprise software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication abilities and team collaboration skills
• Project management experience preferred
• Relevant IT certifications are advantageous
