IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Job Description

Howdy Pakistan is seeking an IT Support Executive to manage comprehensive IT infrastructure and support operations. This role offers excellent opportunities to work in restaurant/retail IT environment while developing expertise in various technology systems and equipment.

Technical Support Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues and connectivity problems
  • Provide comprehensive support for laptops and PCs including software installation and troubleshooting
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) systems and IT equipment
  • Configure and troubleshoot attendance biometric machines and access control systems
  • Manage CCTV setup, connectivity, and surveillance system maintenance
  • Handle printer troubleshooting, maintenance, and toner refill operations
  • Maintain detailed inventory of all IT equipment and technology assets

Requirement

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with biometric devices, POS systems, and CCTV equipment
  • Proficiency in printer maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
  • Excellent communication abilities for user support and coordination
  • Technical diploma or certification in IT support preferred
