LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER (AI/ML)

We require an experienced full-stack developer to manage top-tier teams, develop robust systems, and spearhead technological advancement in cloud, frontend, and backend solutions.

Primary Duties:

• Direct system design & development of protected, expandable software platforms
• Manage frontend (React) & backend (Node.js, Python) programming
• Deploy AI/ML frameworks & cloud-based structures using AWS
• Establish CI/CD workflows & guarantee seamless deployments
• Guide teams and implement development standards

Technical Leadership Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable microservices and distributed systems
• Lead code reviews and maintain high coding standards
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements
• Implement machine learning models and AI-driven features
• Optimize application performance and system reliability
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and best practices

• 6-8 years development background (2+ years in leadership capacity)
• Demonstrated proficiency in React, Node.js, Python, AWS
• Docker/Kubernetes container experience
• Excellent leadership & analytical capabilities
• Machine learning and artificial intelligence knowledge
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
