SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNER

IT Verticals is recruiting a Senior UI/UX Designer with graphic design expertise to enhance our design capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to create exceptional user experiences while contributing to innovative digital products in our dynamic technology environment.

Design Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct comprehensive user experience research and usability testing
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user journey mapping
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless design implementation
• Develop comprehensive design systems and maintain visual consistency
• Apply graphic design expertise to enhance overall visual appeal and brand identity
• Lead design reviews and provide strategic design direction for projects

• Senior-level experience in UI/UX design with proven track record
• Strong graphic design background and visual design capabilities
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Creative Suite
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience with user research, testing, and data-driven design decisions
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-platform user experience
• Leadership skills with ability to guide design teams and mentor junior designers
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field with relevant portfolio
