SOFTWARE ENGINEER - PLATFORM

Motive is seeking a Software Engineer - Platform to work remotely from Pakistan. This role offers excellent opportunities to collaborate with ML, backend, and embedded teams while building and scaling resilient infrastructure and high-performance systems that power Motive's core platform.

Platform Engineering Responsibilities

• Build and scale resilient infrastructure and high-performance systems for core platform operations
• Collaborate effectively with ML, backend, and embedded teams to ensure seamless platform integration
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS technologies
• Implement MLOps practices and pipelines to support machine learning workflows
• Enable engineering teams to ship faster and more efficiently through platform optimization
• Design and implement scalable system architectures and deployment strategies
• Monitor system performance and implement reliability and monitoring solutions

Technical Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in software engineering and platform development
• Strong expertise with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management
• Extensive experience with Docker for containerization and deployment
• Comprehensive knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming for backend and automation
• Proven experience in MLOps practices and machine learning pipeline management
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
