Software Support Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time software support engineer with qualifications in the relevant field who will be responsible for assisting in the development of the software and creating technical manuals. The employee must be able to apply all the technical knowledge and skills required for this position. Full time/ Permanent Job Shift: Day Solving technical issues of software products. Assist customers in troubleshooting problems Diagnose issues with a software application Identify sources of the problem and offer their solutions to help future efforts in the design and implementation of software products.

Create and develop technical documents and manuals Assist in the development and design of the software Work closely with the senior software engineers and design team Assist customers in troubleshooting problems Diagnose issues with a software application Identify sources of the problem and offer their solutions to help future efforts in the design and implementation of software products.

Qualification:
Minimum Education: Bachelors in Computer Science Minimum Experience: 2 years Career Level: Experienced Professional Excellent communication skills Must be able to work in teams, as well as independently Candidate must demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
