The role is responsible for implementing, controlling, and continuously improving Sewing Inline QC, End-Line QC, and Final Inspection processes. You will manage on-floor quality teams, apply quality tools, and analyze performance data to reduce defects, achieve needle-point quality, and ensure customer satisfaction while working within defined SOPs and production guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and control Sewing Inline QC, End-Line QC, and Final Inspection processes.
• Manage on-floor inline and final inspection quality control teams.
• Apply quality tools to monitor and improve product quality.
• Analyze quality performance data to reduce defect rates.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and customer standards.
• Maintain product documents, working protocols, and production guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across stitching and packing stages.

Requirements

• BSc in Textile Engineering (Garments Manufacturing) or MBA.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in the textile or garments industry.
• Strong knowledge of stitching, inline inspection, and final inspection processes.
• Experience managing quality teams on the production floor.
• Ability to work strictly within SOPs and customer quality standards.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
