SR. SQA ENGINEER

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive software quality assurance processes and testing strategies
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks for complex applications
• Conduct thorough manual testing including functional, performance, and regression testing
• Mentor junior QA team members and establish testing best practices
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards throughout software lifecycle
• Analyze testing results and provide detailed quality reports to stakeholders
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies for enhanced efficiency

• Senior-level experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies
• Expertise in both automated and manual testing approaches and tools
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Proficiency with testing frameworks, automation tools, and bug tracking systems
• Leadership capabilities with proven experience in team guidance and mentoring
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
