SR. SYSTEM ANALYST

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Design and develop comprehensive system specifications and documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
• Create detailed technical documentation and system flowcharts
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Monitor system performance and recommend strategic enhancements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in system analysis and design
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in system design methodologies and documentation tools
• Experience with database management and data modeling
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and project management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives
