TECHNICAL LEAD

Leadership Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for complex software development projects

• Mentor and guide senior developers while fostering technical excellence within teams
• Establish development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines
• Drive innovation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies for business impact

• Extensive experience in software development with proven technical leadership track record
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technology stacks
• Strong experience in project management and agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Leadership skills with ability to inspire and guide technical teams
• Strategic thinking with focus on scalable and sustainable technical solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
