Technology Consultant

The Technology Consultant role is based in the Sourcing Liaison Office (LO) in Pakistan and plays a critical part in planning, installing, and configuring software solutions and systems. This position supports LO employees by providing expert advice and assistance with specific applications. The consultant analyzes adidas’ information systems and tailors system solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business, ensuring alignment with change management policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, install, and configure software solutions and systems to support business operations.
• Provide expert advisory and technical support to LO employees on specific applications.
• Analyze existing information systems and develop customized solutions to meet business demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with change management policies during system upgrades and implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications and systems.
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and support activities.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.

• Proven experience in software installation, configuration, and support within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of information systems and the ability to analyze and customize solutions.
• Ability to provide expert advisory services and technical support to end-users.
• Familiarity with change management policies and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
