Education Qualification

BBA / BS / B.Comm (Sales)

Work Experience

0 - 2 years | Background in Umrah field preferred

Other Requirements

Residence near office preferred

Detailed Routine

  • Handle walk-in, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries about Umrah packages.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable packages, hotels, and transport options.
  • Follow up regularly and document each conversation.
  • Coordinate with reservations and visa teams once booking is confirmed.
  • Maintain professional and warm communication even during follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on hotel categories, room types, and seasonal rates.
