Your role is to build trust with clients, guide them through their options, and ensure they are fully supported from booking to return.

Ability to maintain notes on client preferences and last discussions.
Organized in handling inquiries and daily follow-ups.

Passion for providing exceptional service.

Education Qualification

BBA / BS / B.Comm (Sales)

Work Experience

0 - 2 years | Background in Umrah field preferred

Other Requirements

Residence near office preferred

Detailed Routine

Handle walk-in, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries about Umrah packages.
Understand client needs and propose suitable packages, hotels, and transport options.
Follow up regularly and document each conversation.
Coordinate with reservations and visa teams once booking is confirmed.
Maintain professional and warm communication even during follow-ups.
Stay updated on hotel categories, room types, and seasonal rates.
