• Create compelling and persuasive project proposals tailored to client needs
• Conduct thorough Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) job analysis for targeted bidding
• Manage client communications and build strong professional relationships
• Negotiate project terms, timelines, and pricing effectively
• Monitor proposal performance and optimize bidding strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project feasibility and delivery

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience on Upwork platform
• Strong communication and sales skills with client-focused approach
• Demonstrated expertise in Upwork bidding processes and platform mechanics
• Excellent proposal writing abilities with persuasive communication style
• Experience in conducting job analysis and client profiling
• Understanding of various technology services and project scopes
• Results-oriented mindset with track record of winning projects
