  • Handle bidding activities on Upwork and similar freelancing platforms
  • Create customized, professional proposals tailored to client requirements
  • Communicate effectively with clients and convert leads into successful projects
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for sustained business growth

  • Strong proposal writing and client communication abilities
  • Ability to work night shifts to align with US time zones
